Our Family’s Twist on Knorr Vegetable Dip

  • 500 mL Low Fat Balkan Style Yogurt 2 cups
  • 1pkg. frozen spinach thawed, and drained
  • 1 large round day old pumpernickel loaf of bread
Method:
Combine all ingredients except bread in medium bowl. Chill 2 hours. Meanwhile, cut the top off the loaf of pumpernickel bread, and cut the inside of the loaf into 1 inch  to 2 inch cubes. Ingredients:
2 eggs per person
Variety of chopped ingredients: cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc.

Flourless (Gluten-free) Pancakes

A quick, easy recipe to remember. Great if you're low on flour or have bananas to use up. It sounds odd, but works great!

Mash together: 1 ripe banana & 1 egg until smooth.

Pour into hot,  greased frying pan and cook over medium heat.
Flip when surface is dry.

Enjoy as you would regular pancakes!
