Knorr Vegetable Spinach Dip Recipe Twist

What's Your Knorr Vegetable Dip Twist?


One of our favourite Family recipes is Vegetable Dip. The recipe is based on the Knorr Vegetable Dip Recipe, with a few of our own personal tweaks. Here is the Knorr Vegetable Dip Recipe, followed by our adaptation. What personal twist do you put on this recipe?
Ingredients:
  • 1pkg. Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 500 mL sour cream 2 cups
  • 125 mL Hellmann's® Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Method:
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill 2 hours. Serve with your favourite dippers

Our Family’s Twist on Knorr Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1pkg. Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 500 mL Low Fat Balkan Style Yogurt 2 cups
  • 1pkg. frozen spinach thawed, and drained
  • 1 large round day old pumpernickel loaf of bread
Method:
Combine all ingredients except bread in medium bowl. Chill 2 hours. Meanwhile, cut the top off the loaf of pumpernickel bread, and cut the inside of the loaf into 1 inch  to 2 inch cubes. Remove the bread cubes to form a bowl,and arrange around the empty bread bowl on a platter. When the dip is ready, scoop into the bread bowl, and top with the lid. Use bread cubes as dippers, along with a variety of veggies.
