Our Family’s Twist on Knorr Vegetable Dip

  • 1pkg. Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 500 mL Low Fat Balkan Style Yogurt 2 cups
  • 1pkg. frozen spinach thawed, and drained
  • 1 large round day old pumpernickel loaf of bread
Combine all ingredients except bread in medium bowl. Chill 2 hours. Meanwhile, cut the top off the loaf of pumpernickel bread, and cut the inside of the loaf into 1 inch  to 2 inch cubes. Remove the bread cubes to form a bowl, and arrange around the empty bread bowl on a platter. When the dip is ready, scoop into the bread bowl, and top with the lid. Use bread cubes as dippers, along with a variety of veggies.
Knorr Dry soup mixes are a staple in our home, as they are really handy to have on hand if someone pops in unexpectedly. What do you keep on hand as staples?
